The report: Methods for Cost Effective Rehabilitation of Private Lateral Sewers

report explores methods to identify sources and quantify I/I from the
laterals,
and reviews and evaluates methods to rehabilitate private laterals.
Evaluation
factors include cost, safety, installation, technical aspects,
potential life
of the rehabilitation, accuracy of grade, and ability to avoid
liability
issues.
An in-depth technology review is part of this report.

methods for this detailed investigation.
